Vice President of Student Affairs & Enrollment

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Student Affairs and Enrollment to provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for student services, supporting learners from recruitment and admission through completion and career placement. The role oversees student affairs initiatives, departmental operations, staff supervision and development, and services such as admissions, orientation, career counseling, and graduate placement. Responsibilities also include advancing recruitment, enrollment, retention, and completion; supporting accreditation and compliance activities; and addressing student complaints and accommodation requests. The Vice President will develop dual-enrollment partnerships and programs, collaborate with campus leaders, and contribute directly to student-facing services as needed. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred. At least five years of relevant professional experience, including program planning and implementation, and five years of supervisory or management experience are required; postsecondary and student-services experience are preferred. Applicants should demonstrate a student-centered approach, sound judgment, effective communication, and strong administrative, project-management, organizational, analytical, and writing skills. The role also requires the ability to interpret and implement policies and regulations, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the capacity to learn student information systems and accreditation standards.
