Vice President of Human Resources

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to provide strategic leadership across its HR function. Responsibilities include overseeing employee relations and advising leaders and employees on complex HR matters. The role will coach senior leaders, support hiring managers with key employee actions, and lead executive and other high-profile recruitment. The successful candidate will apply relevant labor laws and help foster a culture of safety, high standards, excellence, and collaboration. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience. Experience managing HR across multiple sites and states is preferred. Strong knowledge of U.S., state, and local labor laws is required, as is the ability to provide executive-level guidance and support organizational leaders.
