The Company is seeking a senior technology and product leader to own its product and technology strategy, engineering organization, and end-to-end technology capabilities. The role spans product management, software engineering, architecture, cloud infrastructure, and technology operations, from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include building and developing multidisciplinary teams, setting standards for quality, security, reliability, and delivery, and ensuring technology investments support customer, commercial, and operational goals. The leader will also guide the practical use of AI, data, and automation, manage technology planning and budgets, and partner with executive and cross-functional leaders. Candidates should bring significant software engineering and technology leadership experience, along with a record of delivering measurable impact through product and technology strategy. They need strong product judgment, technical expertise in areas such as architecture, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, security, and reliable production systems, and experience building high-performing teams. Commercial judgment, budget and resource management, and the ability to balance hands-on execution with long-term planning are essential. Experience in consumer technology, marketplaces, logistics, retail, or other operationally intensive environments is valuable. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience—is required.
