Executive Director, Annual & Special Giving

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Annual and Special Giving to build and lead an integrated fundraising department. The role oversees broad-based annual giving, leadership annual giving, special gifts, and donor acquisition and renewal. The successful candidate will develop strategies to identify donors with the interest and capacity to increase their support, creating pathways toward higher levels of giving. The position also focuses on strengthening donor engagement and building future major-gift relationships. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressively responsible fundraising experience and understand how annual and special giving can both generate current support and cultivate future major donors. The role calls for an analytical, collaborative, and results-oriented leader with the ability to build effective teams and systems at scale. A strong commitment to donor experience and creativity in engaging a diverse donor community are also important.
