Vice President, CRA Officer Greater Los Angeles, CA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, CRA Officer to lead and maintain an effective Community Reinvestment Act compliance program. Responsibilities include overseeing lending, investment, and service activities; ensuring accurate collection and reporting of small-business and community-development data; and preparing performance analyses for senior leadership. The role also involves managing grant and loan-purchase activities, maintaining the public file, supporting audits and examinations, and training staff. The officer will build community partnerships, assess local credit needs, and contribute to community development initiatives. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, including banking operations, sales, account management, or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of CRA compliance and data reporting is important, along with proficiency in common office software. Working knowledge of CRA Wiz and nContracts is also required.
