Vice President, Data Systems

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Data Systems to provide strategic and technical leadership for its data platforms, software engineering, and technology infrastructure. The role will set technical vision and architecture, oversee the development and reliability of secure, scalable systems, and ensure data is integrated and accessible across organizational functions. Responsibilities include leading internal application development, establishing engineering standards and data governance practices, and planning technology investments and infrastructure roadmaps. The Vice President will also recruit, develop, and manage a multidisciplinary engineering and product team while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, information systems, or a related technical field; a master’s degree is preferred. Applicants should bring 10 or more years of relevant experience, including at least five years in technical leadership or management, and a record of leading data engineering, software development, and enterprise technology initiatives. Required expertise includes modern data architecture, cloud platforms, data integration and pipelines, APIs, data modeling, governance, and web and mobile application development. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, SQL, and JavaScript or TypeScript, along with knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance practices, is also expected.
