Head of IT

The Company is seeking a Head of IT to shape technology direction, support business transformation, and ensure technology services meet commercial and operational needs. Responsibilities include setting and delivering the technology roadmap, leading and developing the IT team, and overseeing enterprise applications, infrastructure, service delivery, and operations. The role will guide digital transformation and emerging technology initiatives, oversee business systems and technology projects, and manage budgets, risks, vendors, and external service partners. It will also maintain security, risk management, and business continuity practices while advising senior stakeholders in clear business terms. Candidates should bring at least 10 years of IT leadership and team management experience, a strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and solution architecture, and experience with ERP platforms. Familiarity with e-commerce, CRM, and related business processes is also required. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to assess technology options and engage effectively with technical specialists and vendors. A practical, hands-on leadership style balanced with strategic thinking is important; experience in a consumer-facing or sales-led environment is advantageous.
