Vice President, Transformation

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Transformation to lead enterprise transformation and operational excellence, aligning its operating model, processes, systems, and governance with growth objectives. The role will own the global transformation roadmap, redesign and standardize core processes, and establish clear accountability, decision-making, and performance measures across functions and regions. Responsibilities include partnering with technology teams on systems and automation, improving operational data and executive reporting, and strengthening controls, risk management, and business continuity. The VP will also lead Continuous Improvement and IT teams and guide cross-functional change so new ways of working are adopted and sustained. Candidates should bring at least 10 years of experience in transformation, operations, continuous improvement, consulting, or business systems, including senior leadership and global change experience. Required strengths include process improvement, operating model and governance design, large-scale transformation, enterprise systems, analytical and commercial judgment, and the ability to build high-performing teams and influence stakeholders. Experience with methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma and adoption of AI or other emerging technologies is valuable. A bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field is required; experience in complex, project-based environments is an advantage.
