Vice President of Clinical Operations Greater Milwaukee, WI Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to provide visible clinical leadership and build reliable, high-quality care across its nursing teams. Responsibilities include coaching and holding RN/LPN teams and nursing supervisors accountable; improving scheduling, client assignments, reassessment workflows, and case ownership; and leading quality improvement, documentation, regulatory readiness, incident response, infection prevention, and clinical competency development. The role also oversees personal-care and higher-acuity in-home nursing services, supports client and family consultations and clinical escalations, and partners with ownership and operational leaders to strengthen clinical operations and nursing culture. Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with active, unrestricted authority to practice in Wisconsin by the start date. They should have demonstrated clinical leadership in home care, private-duty nursing, home health, hospice, or a related community-based setting, along with experience overseeing RN/LPN teams, clinical assessments, care plans, quality and compliance, and nurse development. Strong clinical judgment, communication, change-management skills, and the ability to collaborate with operations, scheduling, and HR leaders are required.
