Vice President of Clinical Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to lead nursing operations within a home-care setting. This hands-on executive role will coach and hold nursing teams accountable for reliable, high-quality care while strengthening clinical systems and developing nurse leaders. Responsibilities include improving scheduling, client assignments, reassessment workflows, and case ownership. The role also oversees quality improvement, documentation, regulatory readiness, incident response, infection prevention, and clinical competency development, while supporting in-home care services and collaborating with organizational leadership. Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with active, unrestricted authority to practice in Wisconsin by the start date and have demonstrated clinical leadership in home care or a closely related community-based setting. Experience overseeing RN/LPN teams, clinical assessments, care plans, quality, compliance, and nurse development is required. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and change-management skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate across operations, scheduling, and human resources.
