Vice President of Clinical Operations, Home Health & Hospice Greater Milwaukee, WI Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to provide visible clinical leadership across home health, hospice, and in-home nursing services. Responsibilities include coaching and holding nursing teams accountable for high-quality care, improving clinical scheduling and reassessment workflows, and establishing clear case ownership and oversight. The role will lead quality improvement, documentation standards, regulatory readiness, incident response, infection prevention, and clinical competency development. The Vice President will also guide care for personal-care and higher-acuity clients, support clinical escalations, and partner with organizational leadership to strengthen operations and nursing culture. Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with active, unrestricted authority to practice in Wisconsin by the start date. They should have demonstrated clinical leadership in home care, private-duty nursing, home health, hospice, or a related community-based setting, along with experience overseeing RN/LPN teams, clinical assessments, care plans, quality, and compliance. Strong clinical judgment, communication, change-management skills, and the ability to collaborate with operations, scheduling, and HR teams are required.
