Vice President, Full Stack Engineering Lead, US Wealth Advisory Greater Mumbai, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Full Stack Engineering Lead to guide a team building enterprise applications and digital capabilities for wealth advisory. Responsibilities include setting technical strategy and architecture, delivering complex initiatives, and establishing strong practices for software quality, operational resilience, risk management, and platform governance. The role combines hands-on engineering with team leadership, mentoring, and collaboration across business and technology stakeholders. The successful candidate will also advance the responsible use of AI by identifying valuable applications, developing AI-enabled workflows, and supporting governed adoption. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, and have 9–12 years of software engineering experience, including at least four years leading full-stack teams. Strong hands-on skills in Python and modern web development with Angular or React are required, along with experience building and supporting enterprise-scale applications and REST-based services. Applicants should bring practical experience with generative AI, machine learning, AI-assisted development, and concepts such as large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI agents. Knowledge of responsible AI governance, model risk, and financial services or wealth management is preferred, as are strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical decision-making skills.
