Vice President, Fund Services

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Fund Services to oversee administration for a portfolio of hedge fund clients. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving net asset value calculations, financial statements, payments, and related transactions, while addressing or escalating material operational and client issues. The role serves as a key contact for year-end audits, regulatory filings, tax services, and team performance indicators. It also coordinates client onboarding, migrations, launches, and other changes; monitors staffing and operational metrics; and supports strategic initiatives and strong working relationships across teams. Candidates should have a degree in accounting or finance, or be pursuing a professional accounting qualification, along with 8–10 years of financial services experience in a high-volume operational environment or the hedge fund industry. The role requires 5–7 years of experience managing or leading employees. Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are also required.
