Assistant Vice President, Quality Excellence Greater Najafgarh, India Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Quality Excellence, to define and execute quality strategy across assigned business portfolios. The role leads quality assurance and control frameworks, governance, performance measurement, and a multidisciplinary quality organization. Responsibilities include sponsoring improvement and automation initiatives, addressing systemic issues with cross-functional partners, and ensuring audit readiness and compliance. The leader also provides quality expertise for financial-services and travel operations, supports client transitions and proposals, and oversees workforce planning, capability development, budgets, and resource allocation. Candidates should bring advanced expertise in Lean Six Sigma, statistical analysis, root-cause methods, risk-based quality frameworks, process mapping, and executive reporting, along with experience leading complex improvement programs. Deep knowledge of financial-services operations and controls, travel servicing, quality assurance, transaction monitoring, and audit governance is required. Strong business acumen, team leadership, communication, coaching, and analytical skills are essential. A bachelor’s degree is required, with a relevant quantitative or business discipline preferred; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required, while Master Black Belt-level training or experience and an ASQ or equivalent credential are preferred.
