Associate Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis Greater Najafgarh, India Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead timely financial and management reporting, including month-end reviews and revenue reporting. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, strategic outlook, and performance tracking, while preparing management dashboards that translate financial and non-financial data into useful insights. The successful candidate will resolve issues and escalations, contribute to finance strategy initiatives, and ensure processes are documented, well understood, and coordinated across upstream and downstream stakeholders. They will also drive process improvements while maintaining effective controls and governance. Candidates should have a strong understanding of financial and management accounting standards and practices, particularly as they apply to banking transactions. The role requires excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, along with the ability to explain complex information to varied audiences. Applicants should demonstrate innovation, process re-engineering capability, and sound risk management judgment. Experience with financial systems such as SAP ledger, Hyperion planning tools, or Power BI is preferred.
