Head of Founder's Office

The Company is seeking a Head of Founder’s Office to support strategic analysis, investment evaluation, transaction execution, and coordination across a diversified business and investment portfolio. Responsibilities include consolidating performance and investment reporting, assessing opportunities through financial modelling and due diligence, and tracking strategic priorities and management commitments. The role also involves preparing decision briefs and meeting materials, monitoring investment performance and emerging risks, and coordinating with business leaders and professional advisers on transactions and governance matters. Candidates should have 4–7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, corporate development, an executive office, or a family office. Strong financial modelling, analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills are required, along with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution capabilities. The ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, discretion, initiative, and intellectual curiosity, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. An MBA is preferred.
