Senior Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance to partner with the CFO and advise leaders on financial strategy, performance, and capital allocation. The role leads budgeting, forecasting, consolidated financial reporting, variance analysis, cash flow planning, and lender covenant reporting. It also manages sponsor and board requests, prepares executive materials, and develops financial models for strategic initiatives such as bids, acquisitions, growth, and cost management. Additional responsibilities include overseeing revenue analysis and recognition, coordinating audit and tax activities, strengthening financial processes and controls, and building and leading the FP&A team. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics and at least 10 years of progressive finance experience, including three or more years leading budgeting and forecasting for a multi-entity organization. Required qualifications include experience in a private-equity-backed company, consolidated reporting, driver-based variance analysis, lender compliance reporting, and advanced Excel and Power Query modeling. Applicants should have working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and revenue recognition, experience with external auditors, strong executive communication skills, and a record of leading finance teams. An MBA or related advanced degree, healthcare services and revenue-cycle experience, M&A expertise, and familiarity with consolidation systems and AI tools are preferred.
