About the Role
Greater New York City, NY Area (On-site)
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead a firm spin-off and build out its operations, finance, and compliance infrastructure. The role will bring middle- and back-office functions in-house, oversee external service providers and custodians, and manage accounting, reconciliations, payroll, HR, and administrator review. The COO will also oversee marketing and fund relationships, support business growth, and partner with the investment team on commercial initiatives, operating infrastructure, and future investment platforms.
