Managing Director, Financial Services Branch Development

The Company is seeking a Managing Director to build and lead a financial services team while growing a personal practice. Responsibilities include recruiting at least eight Financial Professionals annually, attracting and developing advisors, and improving team performance through coaching, mentorship, and accountability. The Managing Director will maintain personal production in life insurance and annuities, provide clients with comprehensive needs-based financial strategies, and collaborate with internal specialists and external professionals on complex cases. The role also involves fostering a professional, growth-oriented, client-first team culture and supporting advisor performance and retention. Candidates should have a proven record of recruiting and leading teams in financial services, a strong personal production history, and experience with life insurance and/or annuities. The role calls for entrepreneurial drive, the ability to attract and retain talent, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
