The Company is seeking a Vice President, Branch Manager II to lead the growth of consumer and business relationships and oversee the daily operations of multiple retail branches or a qualifying single branch. Responsibilities include achieving sales and service goals, developing customer relationships, supporting deposit and lending growth, and ensuring effective operations, risk management, security, and regulatory compliance. The role also involves coaching and developing branch employees, monitoring performance, managing external sales outreach, and working with assistant managers to direct staff and resolve operational or personnel issues. The Branch Manager will promote exceptional customer service and contribute to local community engagement. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least seven years of branch management experience in a sales and service environment. Business development experience, strong community ties, a record of meeting sales targets, and experience managing multiple or remote locations are required.
