Vice President, Business Enablement, Electric Vehicles Brands

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Business Enablement to advise senior leadership and drive strategic priorities for its electric vehicle brand partnerships. The role will establish operating rhythms and governance, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, track commitments and milestones, and translate strategy into executable roadmaps with clear ownership and success measures. Responsibilities also include preparing executive presentations and decision materials, managing stakeholder communications, representing partnership priorities in meetings when needed, and identifying process improvements that support effective, timely execution. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in business or program management, team operations, chief-of-staff work, or a related leadership role in a complex organization. They must demonstrate the ability to advise senior leaders, influence across a matrix, lead multi-workstream initiatives, and deliver strong governance and executive reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities are required. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, as is experience in electric vehicles, mobility, technology-enabled retail, or finance partnerships.
