Vice President of Supply Chain

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain to lead its supply chain strategy and operations, improving consistency, service, productivity, and cost performance while minimizing disruption. Responsibilities include overseeing distribution center and branch processing, logistics, transportation, fleet optimization, inventory, materials management, and product-line operations. The role will use data and analytics to guide forecasting, network planning, and logistics improvements, while partnering with sales leaders, suppliers, and key accounts to align operational plans with customer needs. The Vice President will also manage budgets and expenses, strengthen governance and controls, lead process improvement, and develop the capabilities of direct reports and teams. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, including at least 10 years in operational leadership. Experience in electrical, industrial, or distribution environments is preferred, and a CPA is an advantage. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, analytical, communication, and presentation skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Candidates should also be able to lead teams through coaching and performance development, maintain confidential business information, and travel as needed.
