The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Specialized Analytics Senior Lead to guide analytics strategy and deliver insights that inform business decisions. The role involves working with large, complex internal and external datasets to evaluate and support business strategies, and identifying and preparing data to predict and measure outcomes. Responsibilities include documenting data requirements, managing data collection and preparation, conducting exploratory analysis, and applying statistical models and visualization techniques. The lead will also manage team resources, influence senior stakeholders, advise on technical strategy, and ensure risks and control issues are handled appropriately. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in a quantitative field, with deep modeling expertise and experience using analytical methods and tools. Strong skills in R, Python, H2O, and SAS are required, along with excellent analytical thinking, practical problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities. Experience in financial services or credit card analytics is preferred. A bachelor’s or university degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
