Vice President, Experience Design Greater Philadelphia, PA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Experience Design to lead the design and delivery of digital and service experiences for employees. The role spans the end-to-end design process, from defining product features and service flows to creating wireframes, prototypes, and detailed designs. Responsibilities include partnering with product, engineering, research, and accessibility teams; translating user insights into experience strategies and measurable outcomes; and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders. The Vice President will also advance design standards, mentor designers, and champion inclusive, accessible, and consistent experiences. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in UX, UI, product design, or a related field, with a strong portfolio of successful digital experiences. Required expertise includes inclusive design, accessibility, responsive cross-channel design, visual design, design systems, and collaboration with research and related design disciplines. Proficiency in Figma and other design tools, along with fluency in AI-assisted prototyping, is expected. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and mentoring skills are essential; experience with complex omnichannel environments, agile planning, or regulated settings is an advantage.
