Associate Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, Security & Facilities

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, Security & Facilities to provide strategic leadership across multi-site manufacturing, physical security, and facilities. The role oversees production performance, safety, compliance, and cost effectiveness while driving enterprise-wide equipment effectiveness, operational standards, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include leading security programs, facilities and maintenance operations, construction projects, capital planning, and operational budgets. The executive will also develop leaders and supervisory teams, establish performance metrics, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to support scalable operations and business continuity. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of progressive manufacturing experience, including 7–8 years in senior multi-site leadership with financial or P&L accountability. Required expertise includes Lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, cycle-time and bottleneck improvement, equipment effectiveness, manufacturing financials, and leadership of facilities, maintenance, construction, and security programs. Experience in highly regulated industries and knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices are important. A master’s degree and certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, CPIM, CSCP, CPP, or PSP are preferred.
