Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and partner with ownership to strengthen operational performance, profitability, and long-term growth. Responsibilities include overseeing finance and accounting, developing budgets and forecasts, managing capital planning and cash flow, and leading accounting operations such as job costing and financial oversight of construction and real estate transactions. The CFO will build KPI dashboards and reporting tools, manage banking and vendor relationships, and support acquisitions, capital investments, process improvements, and cost management. Candidates must have experience with organizations generating at least $300 million in revenue and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. Construction industry experience is preferred, along with proficiency in technology and artificial intelligence. A CPA credential is also preferred.
