Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join its leadership team and drive financial strategy, business performance, profitability, and long-term growth. The role partners closely with the CEO and executive leadership, leading financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, KPI management, cash flow planning, and board reporting. The VP will support mergers and acquisitions and provide cross-functional decision support, translating financial data into insights that guide strategic decisions. As a trusted advisor, the successful candidate will strengthen financial visibility, accountability, and organizational performance. Candidates should have at least 12 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with strong expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic finance. Experience supporting executive leaders, boards, or private equity stakeholders is required, along with a background in professional services, consulting, or a private-equity-backed organization. M&A, transaction advisory, or integration experience is preferred. A CPA credential is required.
