Fractional Vice President, Loans Enablement Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Loans Enablement Operations to lead end-to-end processes for syndicated and bilateral loans. Responsibilities include overseeing loan closing, servicing, rate setting, payments, advances, fees, trade processing, and portfolio management. The role serves as the operational lead for agency functions, coordinating with borrowers, lenders, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely processing. The successful candidate will resolve complex loan issues, interpret credit agreements and legal documents, and improve operational processes and service quality. Candidates should have at least eight years of syndicated lending experience, including loan closing, servicing, and trading, and prior experience as a subject matter expert in syndicated loans. Strong knowledge of complex deal structures and proficiency with a loan operations platform or similar system are required. People management skills and a bachelor’s degree in a related field are also required. A paralegal background is preferred.
