Assistant Vice President, Full Stack Java Developer Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Full Stack Java Developer to help design, build, test, and implement new or revised application systems. Responsibilities include contributing to feasibility studies and technical planning, monitoring development through deployment, and providing application support to business users. The role involves analyzing complex technical and business-process issues, recommending programming and security solutions, and helping establish operating standards. The developer will also advise stakeholders, coach less experienced analysts, and assess and escalate risks and control issues. Candidates should have at least eight years of full-stack application development experience and strong expertise in Java 21 or later and Spring Boot 3 or later. Required skills include microservices, frontend technologies such as Angular or React, REST APIs, event-driven architectures, distributed systems, cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and relational and NoSQL databases. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential; cloud-native development, security, performance optimization, and Agile experience are preferred. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, and relevant cloud or Java certifications are an advantage.
