Assistant Vice President, Senior Business Analyst Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Senior Business Analyst to connect business users and technology teams, clarify complex requirements, and support business planning through analysis. The role contributes across the full software development lifecycle, from defining project scope and functional specifications to implementation and operational support. Responsibilities include shaping product vision and roadmaps, managing and prioritizing the backlog, coordinating with product, engineering, quality assurance, and support teams, and participating in agile ceremonies. The analyst will assess risks and business impacts, advise stakeholders, and support and coach less experienced analysts. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and experience as a product owner or senior business analyst, including delivery of strategic change programs in a fast-paced financial services environment. Strong knowledge of business analysis, agile practices, backlog management, and all phases of the software development lifecycle is required; experience in relevant financial markets or payments domains is an advantage. Applicants should bring excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, along with a strong risk and control mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis, is also required.
