Vice President, IT Quality Greater Pune, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of IT Quality to lead quality teams and oversee user acceptance testing, software quality assurance, and the rollout of products into production. The role includes setting testing standards and procedures, ensuring consistent quality across the software development life cycle, and driving process improvements and organizational change. Responsibilities also include planning budgets, project estimates, milestones, and resources; managing day-to-day team operations; and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to support project stability and delivery. The successful candidate will guide team performance and development while ensuring risks, controls, and compliance requirements are appropriately managed. Candidates should have at least 10 years of IT testing experience, excellent knowledge of software testing techniques and tools, and familiarity with established software development and testing life-cycle methodologies. Strong communication, diplomacy, and influencing skills are required to guide teams and work effectively with stakeholders. A bachelor’s or university degree is required, while a master’s degree is preferred.
