Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking experienced interim and fractional Chief Financial Officer consultants to provide finance and accounting leadership to a range of growing and middle-market clients. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, and fiduciary activities; managing reporting engagements and cash-flow planning; and advising on capital strategy. The CFO will also liaise with lenders and financial institutions, review contracts and proposals, support risk management and investment oversight, and identify process or control issues to improve efficiency. Candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant experience, hands-on accounting expertise in a fast-paced environment, and experience serving as a CFO or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis and reporting, planning, organization, and risk controls is required. Applicants should bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sound time management, and the ability to work collaboratively while supporting multiple clients. Familiarity with common middle-market accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills is also expected.
