Provost & Vice President for Academic Affairs

The Company is seeking a Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs to serve as chief academic officer and a trusted partner to the President. The Provost will lead academic governance, faculty development, curriculum, and academic and co-curricular programs, while strengthening academic resources and the student experience. Responsibilities include overseeing academic budgeting and key academic and student-support functions, as well as guiding institutional growth, change, and cross-campus collaboration. The role will help shape a clear academic vision and advance the institution’s mission while fostering shared governance, trust, and stability. Candidates must hold a terminal degree, have achieved the rank of full professor with tenure, and bring considerable experience in academic administration. The ideal candidate is a champion of the liberal arts with the ability to engage others in developing and advancing an academic vision. They should demonstrate strong leadership, collaboration, and change-management capabilities, along with a commitment to faculty excellence and student development.
