Associate Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, Security & Facilities

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, Security & Facilities to provide strategic leadership across manufacturing, physical security, and facilities at multiple sites. The role oversees production performance, operational standards, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement, while leading enterprise-wide initiatives to improve equipment effectiveness, capacity, quality, and cost efficiency. Responsibilities also include directing security programs and emergency preparedness; overseeing maintenance, construction, and facility infrastructure; and managing capital plans, operating budgets, and performance reporting. The executive will lead geographically dispersed teams, develop frontline leadership capabilities, and collaborate across functions to support scalable operations. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of progressive manufacturing experience, including 7–8 years in senior multi-site leadership with financial accountability. Required expertise includes Lean manufacturing, OEE improvement, root cause analysis, manufacturing financials, and oversight of facilities, maintenance, construction, and physical security in regulated environments. Applicants should also bring strong strategic leadership, analytical, communication, and team-development skills, along with knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices, and business continuity planning. A master’s degree and relevant professional certifications are preferred.
