Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead product development and technology infrastructure. The role includes setting strategic and technical direction, evolving systems architecture, and overseeing technology operations, security, and business continuity. The CTO will guide the design, implementation, and performance of customer-facing and internal systems, while improving processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include leading technology initiatives and projects, mentoring employees, and supporting organizational growth. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with 10 or more years of progressive IT operations and management experience. They should bring a proven record overseeing technology infrastructure and developing and maintaining complex, high-performing online applications. Experience in payments, contact center technologies, and nearshore or offshore development is required, as are analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills. Previous P&L responsibility, strong leadership, and the ability to establish effective processes and systems are also important.
