Market President

The Company is seeking a Market President to lead performance, growth, risk, talent, and reputation across a defined market. The role is accountable for developing and executing an integrated market strategy and managing financial outcomes, including revenue, deposits, loans, expenses, and profitability. The Market President will coordinate consumer, small-business, commercial, and specialist teams to deepen client relationships and deliver integrated solutions. Responsibilities also include maintaining sound credit and operational controls, leading and developing the market leadership team, and representing the organization with clients and community stakeholders. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 12–15 years of progressively responsible banking or financial services experience is required, including significant leadership, market performance, and commercial or business-banking and credit experience. The role calls for strong financial and balance-sheet management, strategic planning, credit judgment, and the ability to lead through other leaders and collaborate across business units. Candidates should also bring executive communication and relationship-building skills, talent development experience, sound judgment, and working knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and risk controls.
