Associate Vice President, Information Technology & Enterprise Systems

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Information Technology and Enterprise Systems to lead technology strategy, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data governance, and digital transformation. The role will align technology initiatives with organizational priorities, oversee business systems and integrations, and strengthen reporting, analytics, and data quality. Responsibilities include managing technology operations, security and risk programs, budgets, vendors, and service delivery across multiple locations. The AVP will also lead and develop the IT team and partner with organizational leaders to improve processes, service, and decision-making. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field, at least 10 years of progressive IT experience, and at least five years leading technical teams and enterprise technology environments. Required qualifications include experience overseeing enterprise systems and operations, managing budgets, vendors, and strategic projects, and strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud technologies, systems integration, data management, and business intelligence. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are essential. Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, education, membership, or multi-site settings, a relevant master’s degree, professional certifications, and leadership of major system implementations or digital transformation initiatives are preferred.
