Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Precision Manufacturing

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to strengthen its finance, accounting, and program management capabilities in a growing precision manufacturing business. The CFO will build robust financial functions, enhance management analytics, and provide detailed operational support. This hands-on leader will also play a significant role in pursuing acquisition-led growth initiatives. The position calls for a technically strong finance executive who can support an entrepreneurial business while helping it scale. Candidates should bring substantial financial accounting and reporting expertise, along with a CPA, MBA, or equivalent qualification. Relevant experience may come from precision manufacturing, medical devices, engineered technology, or other manufacturing and engineering sectors. The ideal candidate has worked with high-performing finance organizations and strong systems and processes, while demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset. Experience in corporate FP&A or controllership, or as a divisional CFO or controller, is also relevant.
