Chief of Staff, Global Network Delivery

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff and Business Operations Lead to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and guide organizational priorities, planning, and decision-making. Responsibilities include representing leadership in forums, leading cross-functional initiatives, owning executive communications, and establishing effective planning, review, and governance processes. The role oversees operating plans, goal setting, business reviews, workforce planning, recruiting programs, and employee experience analysis. It also uses data to identify risks and opportunities, align resources, and drive operational improvements across a global organization. Candidates should have at least seven years of program or project management experience, including ownership of strategy and end-to-end delivery, using data and metrics to drive improvements, and communicating outcomes to senior leaders. Experience partnering with executive-level leaders, influencing diverse stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams across geographies is required. Preferred qualifications include experience driving process improvements and designing organizational planning and review mechanisms. A master’s degree or MBA in a relevant field and familiarity with general AI tools are also preferred.
