Interim Executive Director, Strategy & Business Development Greater Seattle, WA Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Strategy and Business Development to lead strategic planning and growth initiatives across a healthcare service area. Responsibilities include developing data-driven business plans, conducting market and service-line analyses, setting goals, monitoring performance, and advising executive leaders. The role oversees strategic capital requests and supports service-line growth, physician alignment, outreach, partnerships, joint ventures, and affiliations. The Executive Director also collaborates with finance, clinical, and operational leaders to assess opportunities and bring initiatives from planning through implementation. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in strategy and business development or complex project or program management, with a documented record of success in these areas. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred; relevant healthcare experience may be considered in place of advanced education. A master’s degree, such as an MBA or MPH, or a clinical degree combined with relevant strategy experience is preferred. Administrative or leadership experience, familiarity with the Washington State healthcare market, and experience working with healthcare executives, physicians, hospitals, and other providers are also preferred.
