Vice President of Operations, Anywhere Care

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide vision, direction, and oversight for a diverse and expanding portfolio of services for older adults. The role will guide operations across community-based care, housing, hospice, home health, therapy, care management, and other programs that support aging with dignity, independence, and choice. The Vice President will also assess opportunities to develop new models of care and help shape the continued growth of the service portfolio. Candidates should bring senior leadership experience overseeing complex, multisite operations and a strong ability to guide diverse service lines. The role calls for strategic judgment, operational leadership, and the ability to support innovative programs for older adults. Experience in aging services, healthcare, or related care settings would be valuable.
