Fractional Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead finance and accounting activities, including financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and audit coordination. The role will analyze financial results and business KPIs, providing clear insights and recommendations to executive leadership. The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders and an international parent organization on financial performance, reporting, and business priorities. Responsibilities also include mentoring finance and accounting managers, clarifying team responsibilities, supporting development through organizational change, and maintaining effective processes across distributed teams. Candidates should have senior finance leadership experience as a VP of Finance, CFO, Finance Director, or in a comparable role. Strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting oversight, financial planning and analysis, and operational performance analysis is required, along with experience leading teams and developing managers. The role calls for clear communication of financial results and recommendations to executives; experience with international parent-company reporting is preferred. Public accounting experience and exposure to financial systems implementations are helpful.
