Investment Banking Vice President

The Company is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President to originate and execute mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions from engagement through closing. The role leads client relationships and deal teams, serves as a day-to-day contact for clients and external parties, and oversees due diligence and transaction workstreams. Responsibilities include reviewing financial models, valuation analyses, and client presentation materials; participating in negotiations and strategic discussions; and managing multiple transactions concurrently. The Vice President will also mentor junior team members and work with senior leadership on client relationships and business development. Candidates should have at least four years of investment banking experience, including significant M&A execution, and the ability to independently lead complex transactions. Strong financial modeling, valuation, analytical, presentation, communication, and client-facing skills are required, along with experience mentoring junior bankers and managing deal teams. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required. Experience in business services, technology, or industrials is preferred but not essential.
