Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Business Officer and Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial strategy and business operations. The executive will advise senior leadership and the board, oversee long-term planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, financial operations, and compliance, and guide facilities, capital projects, and auxiliary operations. The role also focuses on diversifying revenue, evaluating business opportunities, and advancing strategic initiatives that support sustainable growth. The successful candidate will lead and develop teams, strengthen operational effectiveness, and communicate financial insights to a range of stakeholders. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or a related field, and have at least 10 years of progressively responsible executive leadership experience, including at least five years in higher education. Required qualifications include a record of leading complex financial and business operations, expertise in budgeting and strategic financial planning, and strong communication, change-management, and organizational leadership skills. Experience developing diversified revenue streams, evaluating growth opportunities, and leading transformation is important. An MBA, MPA, CPA, CFA, or comparable advanced credential is preferred, as is experience in a senior finance or business executive role.
