Vice President of Operations & Deployment Greater Toronto, Canada Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations & Deployment to lead capital program delivery and scale operations across a growing infrastructure platform. Responsibilities include overseeing multi-site construction and deployment, establishing program controls, and managing network reliability, asset performance, maintenance, and service-provider relationships. The role will implement operational systems and workflows, manage capital and operating budgets, and improve cost discipline and service outcomes. The executive will also lead and develop construction and operations teams, communicate performance and risks to senior leadership and the Board, and contribute to enterprise planning. Candidates should have 10 or more years of senior operating leadership experience in infrastructure or another asset-intensive sector, along with accountability for significant capital programs and operating budgets. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, construction management, or a related field is required; a professional designation or equivalent experience is an asset. Applicants should bring experience delivering multi-site programs through internal teams, contractors, and service partners, plus strong knowledge of program controls, procurement, construction, commissioning, maintenance, and asset management. Experience implementing workflow, work-order, asset-management, or field-service technology is important, as are strong financial judgment and executive communication skills.
