Vice President of US Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of US Operations to lead its multi-market operations and support expansion across the United States. The role oversees game-night delivery, venues, staffing, logistics, and service reliability, while building the playbooks, training, tools, and performance measures needed to maintain consistent standards at scale. The successful candidate will lead a distributed field organization, develop managers, oversee market launches, and partner with other leaders on operating priorities. Responsibilities also include managing the US operations P&L, compliance, venue agreements, and operating performance, as well as providing strategic input on future growth. Candidates should have 12 or more years of progressive operations leadership, including senior-level experience with P&L or budget ownership in a business that scaled across multiple locations. They should bring experience building operational systems in a growing business and applying enterprise-level practices, scaling multi-location finances, launching markets, and leading large frontline teams through layers of management. Strong people leadership, process and tool adoption, US multi-state operations knowledge, and the ability to deliver a consistent in-person customer experience are required. Candidates should be comfortable using AI and automation in operational work, traveling regularly, and working in the United States as needed.
