Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Highly Engineered Design/Manufacturing, Private Equity

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to partner with executive leadership and support the next stage of growth at a highly engineered design and manufacturing business. The CFO will oversee finance, accounting, and information technology, while building scalable processes and contributing at both strategic and operational levels. Key responsibilities include improving financial reporting and operational KPI dashboards, strengthening cost accounting and inventory management systems, and leading financial due diligence and integration planning for acquisitions. The role will also support organic growth initiatives and help execute the broader growth strategy. Candidates should bring senior finance leadership experience, ideally including manufacturing, multi-location or international operations, and work with leveraged balance sheets and banking relationships. Experience managing acquisitions and post-acquisition integration is also valuable. The successful candidate will be comfortable working hands-on with operational details while advising executive leadership. A background in building robust financial processes and systems is important.
