Vice President, Technology Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Technology Operations to lead its technology operations and shape the evolution of its technology platform. The role oversees cloud and infrastructure services, digital workplace systems, service desk and service management, and disaster recovery, while leading a team and advising senior technology leadership. The successful candidate will assess operational performance and emerging trends, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and advance capabilities such as cloud-native services, automation, AI-enabled services, and modern engineering practices. They will also guide teams through change and help create a reliable, innovative operating environment focused on business needs and user experience. The ideal candidate is a technically credible technology leader with experience leading large teams in technology-forward, entrepreneurial, or complex organizations. They bring strategic vision and sufficient technical depth to challenge assumptions, evaluate new approaches, and lead transformation in a stable environment.
