About Us

At We., we've spent decades at the intersection of technology and humanity, bridging the gap between what businesses create and how people experience those creations. That need could be for trust, connection, safety, or a sense of purpose. But it’s always there. And it is only by uncovering these truths that we can make real, meaningful progress.

Deep understanding of how social platforms, creators, communities, traditional media and influential individuals interact to shape public opinion.

Experience using social listening, audience intelligence and cultural insights to inform communications strategy.

Excellent judgment, particularly when navigating sensitive, polarized or rapidly evolving issues.

The person we’re looking for

You might have grown up in public affairs and become obsessed with social, or grown up in social and reputation and developed deep fluency in policy and issues.

Either way, you understand that the old boundaries between public affairs, corporate communications, social media and culture are disappearing.

You know that the people who influence an issue are no longer limited to journalists, policymakers and traditional stakeholders. They can also be employees, executives, creators, experts, advocates and highly engaged online communities.
