Head of Consolidation & Taxes

The Company is seeking a Head of Consolidation & Taxes to lead a team and shape the continued development of its finance function. Responsibilities include preparing consolidated financial statements under Austrian commercial law, managing and improving group-wide consolidation processes, and overseeing international transfer pricing and related documentation. The role also serves as a point of contact for tax matters and contributes accounting and tax expertise to M&A projects. Additional duties include advancing finance digitalization and optimization, supporting ESG reporting, developing accounting standards and procedures, and collaborating with international entities and external advisers. Candidates should hold a degree in business administration focused on finance, accounting, or taxation; completion of a tax adviser examination is an advantage. Several years of relevant experience in group accounting, consolidation, or tax consulting, along with strong international accounting and tax knowledge, are required. Applicants should have very good German and English skills and excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. The role also calls for analytical thinking, a practical and solution-oriented approach, structured independent work, leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel.
